Do you take PayPal?
No. All major credit cards, checks, ACH and bank wire transfers.
What is the cost for Sarati to print labels?
$.15 each for color labels and $.10 each for black and white.
Can I supply my own bottles and jars?
Yes, but please send one to your sales representative first to make sure there are no fill or dispensing issues and we have a label and shrink-wrap to fit, if needed.
Do you ship outside the USA?
We can ship throughout the world. If any additional paperwork is needed for importing, we ask the customer to let us know if any additional paperwork is required for importing.
What are your minimums for private labeling Sarati products?
We have no minimums, unless stated otherwise on your price list.
What is the cost to apply labels?
There is no cost to apply labels.
How long do private labels orders take?
Once we have all components to start and complete your order, there is about a 7-business day turnaround for orders of approximately 100 units or less. For larger in-stock orders about 14 business days. If the product has to be made for you, the turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks.
Do you have your own chemist?
Sarati has their own in-house chemist.

Is the Sarati name on the label?
The Sarati name is not on the label.
Do you handle drop shipping?
Sarati does not do drop shipping, but we can send the products to your fulfillment company.

Found my product, why can't I add it to the cart?
Only sample products can be added to the cart and purchased from the site.

Do you provide display boxes?
We do not, but if a customer sends us boxes, we will assemble and insert the product for $.10 each. We will also store any extra boxes at no additional cost, so you have them ready for your next order.
Can I have my labels printed and sent to you to apply?
Yes, we will apply at no additional cost.
How do you calculate shipping cost?
Shipping is based on number of boxes, weight, and dimensions as well as shipping address.
Can you create my logo?
Sarati does not have an in-house creative staff, but we can give you a recommendation of needed.
Can I provide my own labels?
Yes, you can provide your own. Before printing you will email the proof to your Sarati representative for approval by our quality control department.
How long do private labels orders take?
Sarati is located in Bayview, TX, USA.
What is the turnaround time for reorders?
Once we have all components to start and complete your order, there is about a 7-business day turnaround for orders of approximately 100 units or less. For larger in-stock orders about 14 business days. If the product has to be made for you, the turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks; pending receipt of all raw materials from suppliers.
Can I talk directly to your chemist?
Once the non-refundable lab consultation fee has been paid, you are able to speak directly with the chemist, by appointment.
Does Sarati sell their own products?
Sarati does not sell their own products, competing with our customers.
Can you put my logo on samples?
Sarati can put your logo on samples along with the product name, lot code and expiration date – same label charges apply as retail size.
Do I have to have my full address on the label?
Per FDA guidelines, Manufactured for or Distributed by with company name, street address, city, state and zip code must be on the label. If the company is in directory assistance, the street address only may be omitted.
Do you print labels?
Sarati will print label quantities of 1,000 or less. Our printer does not print white, foil, metallic or chrome.
Can you apply shrink-wrap?
Yes for $.15 each. We have shrink-wrap for our stock packaging
What form of payment to you accept?
All major credit cards, bank wire transfers and ACH payments.
What are your minimums for custom formulating?
In most cases the minimums are 1,000 oz. each time you order that product.

Sarati is an FDA registered lab.
Do I have to have an expiration date on my products?
Per FDA, you do not have to have an expiration date on cosmetic products. However, Amazon will require an expiration date.
Can I sell products with Sarati’s label?
You cannot sell products with Sarati’s label. We do not compete with our customers and you would not want your customers to call and order directly from us.
